Earn and Learn Scheme
Earn and Learn Scheme is implemented by library. The purpose of this scheme is to help the poor and needy students for their education. The process of selection is that the first of all with the help of notice, students get information about this scheme. Then Students apply for this scheme. After that students are called for interview and then finalized the list of economically poor students. The selected students have responsibility of night study room. They record the students who attend for the night study. They themselves study also. Our college pays Rs. 1000/- remuneration to each students. Almost 24 students have taken the benefit of this scheme.
The main objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a multi faced personality with academic excellence and a commitment to an egalitarian society. This scheme is basically undertaken for the benefit of students coming from the rural areas, which are economically backward, intelligent and meritorious but cannot afford higher education. If inculcates in the student the idea that no work is big or small and develops a work culture with the right aptitude. The scheme is at present being undertaken at the Graduate as well as Post Graduate level on the college campus.
